Getting started

Account Setup

Set up your Welcome account to get the most out of our platform.

Creating Your Account

  1. Visit app.welcomehq.co/register
  2. Enter your business email address
  3. Create a strong password
  4. Check your email for verification link
  5. Click the verification link to activate your account

Setting Up Your Profile

Once logged in:

Business Information

  • Restaurant name
  • Business type (Restaurant, Cafe, Bar, etc.)
  • Primary cuisine type
  • Contact phone number

Location Details

  • Street address
  • City, State, ZIP
  • Service area or delivery radius
  • Parking information

Operating Hours

  • Regular business hours
  • Holiday schedules
  • Special event hours

Managing Team Members

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click "Invite Team Member"
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role (Admin, Editor, Viewer)
  5. Send invitation

Security Settings

Two-Factor Authentication

  1. Navigate to Profile > Security
  2. Enable 2FA
  3. Scan QR code with authenticator app
  4. Enter verification code

Password Management

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Change password every 90 days
  • Never share your login credentials
