Set up your Welcome account to get the most out of our platform.
Creating Your Account
- Visit app.welcomehq.co/register
- Enter your business email address
- Create a strong password
- Check your email for verification link
- Click the verification link to activate your account
Setting Up Your Profile
Once logged in:
Business Information
- Restaurant name
- Business type (Restaurant, Cafe, Bar, etc.)
- Primary cuisine type
- Contact phone number
Location Details
- Street address
- City, State, ZIP
- Service area or delivery radius
- Parking information
Operating Hours
- Regular business hours
- Holiday schedules
- Special event hours
Managing Team Members
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click "Invite Team Member"
- Enter their email address
- Select their role (Admin, Editor, Viewer)
- Send invitation
Security Settings
Two-Factor Authentication
- Navigate to Profile > Security
- Enable 2FA
- Scan QR code with authenticator app
- Enter verification code
Password Management
- Use a strong, unique password
- Change password every 90 days
- Never share your login credentials
